"Whatever comes may not stay forever"
Mighty winds brewing... the noon darkness , the petrichore was promised with heavy rain. Never knew , that this setting sun would bring a ray of new hope.
Mum and me were busy chatting about the amazing weather. Suddenly, came the helpless beauty flying swiftly, dangled to my mom's Kurta. Looking into her eyes as if saying I can't take this any more. We took her to our place. The green birdie was scared , her wings were damaged and legs half broken.
We served her water and grains but she was not in condition to eat. Luckily we had a kiddo parrot named Moto. He was just 6 months old. So, now both of them started living together. The new birdie was named Eva. For the very first time in my life I could see how emotional birds are. When Eva was in pain and could not eat , Moto would take bits of food in his beak and serve Eva. They became friends. Doctor advised medicines which were given to Eva by my mom. Soon we started playing with them and 25 days of care made Eva perfectly fine.
Now she was a family member to me. Moto and Eva were never caged. So, the time to depart came . One fine morning , my mom said me to drop Eva to jungle so that she can live happily. We went to nearby place which was full of greenery n sort of jungle. She was in my hands, soft... beautiful... I was emotional. As soon as I flew her, she sat on the small branch of a nearby tree and started speaking in her language , looking at me. As if saying, thanks and good bye. I could see the shine in her eyes and sense her happiness. I waved at her , saying... Goodbye Eva...
